1. Download the Calm Reset PDF
The PDF provides brief orientation and guidance. It explains what this practice is for, when to use it, and how to approach it in a way that supports a sensitive nervous system. You can read it once and return to it as needed.
2. Download the Calm Reset Audio (MP3)
The audio is the heart of the offering. Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit or lie down, press play, and let the voice guide you. You do not need to concentrate or control your thoughts. Wandering attention is normal.
You can use the audio whenever you feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or mentally crowded, or proactively on days that ask a lot of you.
A Gentle Reminder This is a quieter corner of the internet. Everything here is designed to support calm, clarity, and steadiness. Move at your own pace. Return to this practice whenever you need to come back to yourself.
